2. Defects:
(1) Limited stock, no exchange service. If you find a serious defect in the item, please contact support@popmart.com with the relevant order number and the figure unboxing video within five (5) days after receiving the item.
(2) For data security reasons, please contact us with the email address you used to place the order. You will be contacted by a customer support representative who will assist you in resolving the issue.
(3) To avoid any disputes regarding refunds or exchanges, customers are advised to record a video of themselves unpacking the package. The video recording must be completed within two days after delivery. The video should clearly show the shipping documents, packaging conditions, and product defects.
3. Tax Fees:
For international express shipping, the buyer is responsible for customs duties.
